Returns & Refund Policy
Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order with PureMotion.
Custom-Made Products
As all custom-made products are manufactured specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because:
- A customer changes their mind.
- Incorrect sizes were ordered by the customer.
- The customer no longer requires the products.
- The event or competition is cancelled.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If an item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Manufactured incorrectly compared to the approved design
The customer must notify PureMotion within 14 days of receiving the order.
Where a fault is confirmed, PureMotion will:
- Repair the item; or
- Replace the item; or
- Issue a refund where appropriate.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate measurements and selecting the correct sizes.
Where sizing guides have been provided and garments have been manufactured according to those specifications, PureMotion cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing selections.
Non-Custom Products
For standard, non-custom products purchased online:
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
