Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with PureMotion.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with PureMotion. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

PureMotion reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if specifications, quantities, or designs are amended.

3. Orders

An order is deemed confirmed once:

  • The customer has approved the final design.
  • Any required deposit has been received.
  • Written confirmation has been provided by both parties.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled without written agreement from PureMotion.

4. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, colours, names, numbers, and sizing before production begins.

PureMotion cannot accept responsibility for errors that have been approved by the customer prior to manufacture.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be subject to VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are quoted separately unless otherwise specified.

6. Payment Terms

For custom orders:

  • A deposit of 50% may be required before production begins.
  • Remaining balances must be paid before dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

PureMotion reserves the right to suspend production or delivery where payment has not been received.

7. Production & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only.

While every effort will be made to meet delivery dates, PureMotion shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturing issues
  • Material shortages
  • Shipping delays
  • Customs delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Product Variations

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

  • Colours may vary slightly between digital designs and finished products.
  • Measurements may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
  • Fabric batches may differ slightly between production runs.

These variations do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or artwork supplied for production.

PureMotion accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

PureMotion's liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

PureMotion shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
